Job Overview
You will supervise the clinical imaging assistant (CIA) team on a day‑to‑day basis, maintaining and monitoring workforce deployment across the clinical services. The role involves liaising with modality managers to achieve an appropriate skill mix, working closely with radiographers, consultant radiologists, surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
The skills, experience and knowledge required for this role include a sound educational background and qualifications, good IT skills, supervisory or leadership experience, extensive experience working or volunteering with members of the general public and proven experience within a healthcare setting.
