Opportunity Description
The Keck School of Medicine (KSOM) of the University of Southern California (USC) and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and the Division of Orthopaedic Surgery at CHLA, are actively seeking a full-time Clinical Instructor of Orthopaedic Surgery (Fellow) specializing in orthopaedic conditions to work along 10 full-time pediatric orthopaedic surgeons. This non-ACGME Advanced Training in Orthopaedic Surgery at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles is a one-year clinical program beginning on August 1 and ending on July 31 of the following year.
Approximately 90% of the Fellow’s time is involved with patient contact, either in the out-patient setting or in the operating room at multiple COC locations. Children’s Hospital Los Angeles is the only Level I Pediatric Trauma Center in Los Angeles County.
