Well respected & small care provider require a Clinical Lead / Deputy. Ideally someone who has worked as a Deputy or Clinical Lead previously.

The Nursing Home Manager is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with leadership experience as a deputy manager or Clinical Lead to help support them in the day to day running of the home and staff management. The Head of Nursing will also oversee clinical compliance, medication management, change in care plans, development of clinical care and staff training.
