An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Consultant Clinical Lead in Major Trauma at The Royal London Hospital, part of Barts Health NHS Trust.

This is a key leadership role within the Trauma, Orthopaedics and Plastics Directorate, providing clinical leadership across the Major Trauma service, including trauma reception and resuscitation, multidisciplinary trauma management and the wider major trauma network.

The Clinical Lead will be a key member of the directorate’s triumvirate leadership team, with responsibility for clinical governance, quality and safety, operational performance, workforce engagement and service delivery across Major Trauma. You will contribute to achieving national trauma network standards, support performance and recovery objectives, and lead service improvements that enhance both patient and staff experience.
