Overview

Social Inclusion and Occupational Therapy Lead Barking and Dagenham Community Mental Health (Band 8a).

We are seeking a Lead Occupational Therapist to be part of transformation within Barking & Dagenham Community Mental Health Services. You will work with senior leaders to shape community mental health pathways, bringing an occupational perspective to how care is designed, delivered, and evaluated. You will lead and develop an Occupational Therapy workforce across multiple teams.

• Provide professional and clinical leadership for Occupational Therapy across community services
• Support and develop a diverse OT workforce at different career stages
