About the role

As a member of the Calvary Community Care team, you will deliver quality services to meet the needs of our clients and contribute to a positive experience whilst at Calvary Community Care. Assist in planning, assessing and evaluating our clients needs with the help of our multidisciplinary team, to promote positive health outcomes. The Registered and Enrolled Nurses provide clinical support to our clients and collaborates with our support workers to deliver exceptional care to our clients in the community. As a Specialist Nurse you will be responsible for overseeing nurses in the community as well as contributing to Continuous Improvement projects.
