We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Lead to join our Temporary Staffing Service. This is a pivotal clinical leadership role, acting as the interface between Acute Services and the Trust’s temporary workforce, ensuring safe, high‑quality and cost‑effective staffing solutions that support excellent patient care.

You will provide professional clinical leadership to the temporary staffing service, ensuring all bank and agency staff are appropriately trained, competent, supported and deployed safely across the organisation. Working closely with clinical, operational and workforce colleagues, you will drive service improvement, workforce efficiency and strong clinical engagement
