Job Description Summary

:JOB SUMMARY/SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Under the direction of the Centralized Monitoring Unit (CMU) Director, responsible for overseeing routine daily operations of CMU. Supervises all cardiac monitor technicians in the CMU, assists with scheduling, and conflict resolution as needed. Is engaged in providing uncompromised safety, superior quality, memorable customer experiences and financial stewardship by effectively and efficiently supervising the operations over the cardiac monitor technicians. Employee is subject to call back and overtime as required by the hospital.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Assigns and supervises cardiac monitoring technicians according to shift needs. Motivates, coaches, provides feedback, and support of daily operations and projects or goals to ensure meeting the objectives of the CMU.
