Clinical Manager- Evening (4:00 PM- 12:00 PM)

Responsible to
Analyze, develop standards of good clinical practices and to ensure its implementation and monitoring.
Patient safety management by ensuring proper assessment, Judicial investigation, treatment protocols, proper handing over / taking over and follow-ups of the patient with standardized documentation.
Developing counseling protocols and ensure compliance by ensuring training & development of medical and paramedical staff in coordination with nursing managers.
To ensure that the patient has a comfortable stay in the hospital by reviewing and developing protocols related to admission, discharge, shifting & patient orientation to a different hospital modalities.
Taking daily medical audit rounds and carrying sample audits by reviewing patient files and by conducting patients’ interviews.
Candidate must have An MBBS with valid PMDC An MBA degree in healthcare management.
At least 3 to 5 years of administrative experience.
