Your new role
This Clinical Negligence Lawyer role will see you:

Manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims of differingplexity and value from inception to settlement

Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, correspondence and key litigation documents

Advise clients clearly and empathetically, managing expectations throughout the life cycle of a claim

Liaise with Counsel, medical experts, courts and other third parties
