They are currently recruiting for multiple clinical negligence solicitors or chartered legal executives of all levels to join on a largely home-working basis. Your new role
These Clinical Negligence solicitor/CILEx roles will see you:

Manage a claimant clinical negligence caseload, with claim value,plexity, and level of autonomy determined by PQE and demonstrated capability

Conduct day‑to‑day case handling from initial instruction through to resolution, including pre‑action, litigation, and settlement stages

Assess liability, breach of duty, causation, and quantum, providing clear and realistic advice to clients throughout the life cycle of the claim

Draft and respond to key legal documentation, including Letters of Claim, schedules of loss, pleadings, and wit...
