<p><strong>Details of the Service</strong></p> <p>The persons appointed to this post will work within the HSE South West Area working as part of multi-disciplinary teams delivering a coordinated approach to client care.</p> <p>Post will be based in West Kerry Community Hospital <strong>specifically</strong>.</p> <p>Services provided by Residential Services for Older People, Cork &amp; Kerry comprise of Continuing Care, Convalescent Care, Transitional Care, Respite Care and Palliative Care.&nbsp;</p> <p></p> <p>Six Health Regions have been established within the HSE, on the basis of the geographical boundaries agreed by the Government in July 2019 and they will be operational from 2024.</p> <p></p&...
