Clinical Nurse Manager, RN – UVA Health Physicians Group, Clinical Practice Group Network

The CPG Clinical Nurse Manager supports the clinical operations by implementing standardized workflows, systems and processes that improve and enhance patient care, clinical best practices, regulatory requirements/compliance and support provider access and efficiency across the Health System. This role ensures the clinical support team meets or exceeds performance standards related to patient care, orientation and training, coordination of clinical services that support providers and care teams. The Clinical Nurse Manager also oversees CPG network-level clinical team members to include clinical float and educational teams. Serves as a contributing member of the Sr. Leadership Team, providing clinical expertise, best practices and strategic insight to drive integration between clinical operations and access management, ensuring coordinated patient-centered care delivery across the continuum.
