Clinical Nurse Manager & Chronic Care Coordinator – Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU) & Paediatric Outreach

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to fill the senior nursing leadership position of Clinical Nurse Manager for the SCBU combined with Chronic Care (Paediatric Outreach) Coordinator. This role is based in Rotorua and is offered on a permanent, part‑time basis (0.8 FTE, 64 hours/fortnight, Monday to Friday).

About the Role

As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will provide leadership, ensure high‑quality clinical standards, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, support staff development, and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives. There is an opportunity to increase the role to 1.0 FTE and include two 1‑day clinical shifts.
