ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Predominantly a field-based role, the Clinical Nurse Specialist (Operating Theatre Staff Nurse) is primarily responsible for providing in-theatre clinical support to our hospital-based customers during surgeries. Key responsibilities include: Attending surgical procedures and providing expert clinical/technical support to Surgeons and Hospital staff in the correct and safe use of Arthrex products Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing training to health care professionals including Surgeons, Perioperative Nurses and other Hospital Personnel Identifying customer needs, optimising on opportunities including recommending appropriate products that addresses customers' pain po...
