The position provides clinical leadership across outpatient and procedural environments and contributes to strengthening access to specialised urology and women's health services. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing visible clinical leadership within the urodynamics service;

Supporting and mentoring nursing staff to deliver safe, high-quality care;

Promoting best practice and continuous improvement across the service;

Working in partnership with patients and families in decision-making regarding provision of care, promoting beneficial relationships.
