Clinical Operations Lead

Full time nursing manager to lead and inspire our community-based nursing team, delivering high-quality care under ACC, MOH and other contracts.

Care on Call (NZ) Limited, along with Florence Nightingale Agency, are a well-established, reputable provider of healthcare and specialist nursing services throughout the country. Our clinical team is seeking a Clinical Operations Lead to join us and be part of making a difference in others’ lives.

Qualifications

• NZ Registered Nurse with a current APC.
• Proven experience in nursing leadership or team management.
• Community or homecare nursing experience preferred.
• InterRAI trained (or willing to train promptly).
• A compassionate team player with a drive to do what’s right.
• Based in the North Island – ideally Auckland, Hamilton or Wellington but we’re flexible.
