Clinical Pharmacist Ambulatory Care

**Job Description:**

This position demonstrates consistent application of knowledge and skills to deliver appropriate, safe, efficient and cost-effective pharmaceutical care within the scope of their assigned practice. This position is responsible for the care of patients as well as the development of effective, professional relationships within the multidisciplinary team.
**This position will work** **Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts, no weekends or holidays; options for alternate weekday schedules such as 9 or 10-hour shifts after 6 months of employment.**

**This position is located in beautiful central Utah, which offers a unique opportunity to serve a rural community with the resources of a large health system and high level ambulatory pharmacist scope. The specific location where the candidate may live/relocate can be anywhere from Mt Pleasant to Richfield, Utah.**
