Clinical Pharmacist: Education, Safety & Outpatient Care

NHG Health Group is seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Singapore to provide safe and accurate medication dispensing along with comprehensive education to patients and caregivers. You will perform medication reviews to enhance therapeutic recommendations and assist in supervising pharmacy technicians in routine activities.
