UPMC Hamot is seeking a full-time Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. This role follows a 7-on/7-off rotation, including every other weekend coverage, with scheduled hours of 9:00 AM - 8:30 PM.

Preferred Qualifications

+ PGY1 Pharmacy Residency or
+ Minimum of 3 years of hospital or ambulatory pharmacy experience

This position is a hybrid decentralized/centralized role, offering a dynamic practice environment that supports both direct patient care and central pharmacy operations.

During daytime hours (Monday-Friday), the pharmacist will provide decentralized clinical support on our 6 South Observation (CVTS post-operative unit), with opportunities including:
