Clinical Pharmacist with Patient Care Focus

Elevate patient care as a Clinical Pharmacist at GS, providing specialized consultations and managing pharmacy operations. Focus on biologic therapies and patient education through direct support.
In this role, you will supervise pharmacy operations and collaborate with an in-house specialty team. Conduct consultations for patients starting biologic medications, answering clinical questions and managing disease education. You will ensure compliance with regulations set by the Ontario College of Pharmacists and assist in training new staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
