**POSITION PURPOSE:**
+ The Clinical Relief Pool (CRP) is a group of professionals who are available to provide temporary or substitute staffing. The primary function of the Clinical Relief Pool (CRP) is to provide immediate safety and supportive counseling in a recovery environment for persons served. These interventions may include case management, skills building, supportive counseling, drug and alcohol services, medication delivery, medication observation, and linkage to appointments and community resources.

Flexibility: Being available to work on short notice or during time of high demand to fill staffing gaps due t o vacations, illnesses, or other reasons.
