Senior Research Fellow – Neurosurgery (fixed‑term training contract)

Contract: 12 months, starting August 2026. The post is jointly funded by the University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust and the NIHR Clinical Research Network and supports structured clinical and research training for a trainee grade.

Grants: The role supports clinical care of neurosurgical patients in theatre, on wards and in outpatient clinics.

The role also involves the design, set‑up and conduct of neurovascular and traumatic brain injury studies at the Wessex Neurological Centre.

Responsibilities
