Study Execution & Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of clinical trials from study start-up through database lock. Oversee Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and coordinators.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all trials follow Good Clinical Practices (GCP), ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations. Manage and submit documents to the Institutional Review Board (IRB).

Financial & Budget Management: Oversee study budgets

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate research staff. Provide conflict resolution and ensure personnel are up-to-date on research protocols.
