• Plan and control budget and expenditures
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Review budgets and spending to ensure departments operate within funding limits
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for delivery of health care services
• Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience: 3 to < 5 years in a clinical or healthcare setting.

Computer and technology knowledge: QuickBooks.
