As a Clinical Specialist in Neurosurgery, you will play a crucial role in promoting clinical excellence and supporting the adoption of Integra's Specialty Surgical (SS) products. You work closely with neurosurgeons, neurologists, intensivists, general surgeons (especially in HPB and Gyneco-Oncology), as well as with other healthcare professionals. This position is field-based and combines case coverage and training. Performance will be evaluated against quarterly objectives (quotas) and management objectives (MBOs) as part of our variable compensation plan.
