Clinical Support Worker - Older People's Functional Mental Health Acute Admission

The Role

To undertake care duties for patients in support of and delegated by the Registered Nurse, within a hospital or
community setting. The post-holder will require to work without direct supervision on a regular basis, referring
to the registered nurse as required.
