About the role
Older Persons Health & Rehabilitation is
seeking a casual Clinical Team Co-ordinator to join our very experienced after
hours team.
As the Clinical Team Coordinator you will be
responsible for assessing and ensuring optimum patient care, through
appropriate allocation of medical and clinical resources across the hospital
all shifts including weekends and public holidays. This is a collaborative role
working with the medical team, Duty Nurse Managers and afterhours clinical
teams.
