Clinical template officer

As a Clinical Template Officer , you sit within the Medical Knowledge Team, working closely with regional Customer Success to shape how clinicians experience Heidi.

You will review real clinical documentation, interpret how different clinicians structure their notes, and translate that into high-quality, customisable templates that work seamlessly within Heidi.

You will be involved in the onboarding process by partnering with Customer Success and Go-To-Market teams to build templates that give new users immediate value from day one. Beyond onboarding, you'll engage directly with existing users to refine their templates — identifying friction, improving outputs, and ensuring the product continues to meet their clinical needs. You will also drive template masterclasses and educational initiatives to help users become self-sufficient and unlock Heidi's full potential.
