Clinical Testing Principal Lab Technician

**Description**

The Hair color lab principal technician position will be primarily focused on formulation, product testing and in-vitro hair testing.

All work must be executed in a scientifically sound, safe, and timely manner.

+ Independently manages work load, delivers tasks in a reliable fashion, and ensures quality content & shared learnings. Clarifies for understanding & prioritization and proactively updates supervisor on status and flags issues / help required.
+ Generates and records data on repetitive and routine experiments with excellence.
+ Proficient in calibration, use and maintenance of standard and complex lab / pilot plant equipment.
+ Assists on making routine batches following defined protocols and routine equipment.
+ Conducts routine analysis on stability batches.
+ Conducts physical tests on batch samples vs defined specifications.
+ Compiles and analyzes test data into technical reports
