Situated within UPMC Horizon, a comprehensive community hospital in Shenango Valley, our unit offers a close-knit community atmosphere while benefiting from the resources of a large health system. Our facility includes an 11-bed labor and delivery unit, a 16-bed postpartum unit, and a 5-bed Level 2 NICU. Professional Staff Nurses work on a rotating schedule to ensure continuous coverage. Our LDRP unit is responsible for providing care to mothers and babies, handling approximately 1,000 deliveries annually.
