Job/Grade: DOL Status: Exempt Job Summary: The Behavioral Health Director is responsible for leading and directing PCC's mental health/substance abuse services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide clinical assessment and action plans for patients. Identify appropriate resources and follow-up on all referrals made. Participate with multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic psychosocial and medical needs are met. Establish a formal relationship with community and social service agencies. Provide consultation and academic support to residents and attending physicians in the areas of behavioral medicine. One half of the manager time is dedicated to administrative work and one half to clinical practice.
