Specific Responsibilities:
- Represent shareholders of the company in Brazil.
- Act as the legal representative of the company in Brazil, managing business activities, foreign investment receipt, currency liquidation, bank operations, and ensuring adherence to Brazilian laws.
- Represent the company as a global player.
- Maintain 100% service levels in operations.
- Ensure speed and accuracy in laboratory operations.
- Develop cost-effective strategies to provide value-added services.
- Ensure statutory and safety compliance.
- Obtain necessary accreditations.
- Maintain cost-effectiveness and proper accounting.
- Build and develop an effective team.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
