**Job Summary:**

As a Loan Origination Specialist in Wholesale Loan Services, you will be responsible for coordinating the post approval activities with Credit Risk Officers/Bankers and other areas of Wholesale Loan Services to ensure all loans are closed and funded to meet our client's expectations.

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Manage and maintain an individual pipeline of active commercial loans
+ Collect and review legal loan documentation for operational feasibility, optimal execution mechanics, regulatory requirements, and mitigation of operational risk
+ Review and advise on funding mechanics and operational requirements relating to products, process, and policies
+ Coordinate flow of post approval tasks from mandate to booking
