Lead, mentor, and review the work of Junior and Senior Cloud Bookkeepers. Design and implement standardized cloud bookkeeping workflows across the firm. Assign and manage bookkeeping engagements to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. Prepare client quotes and proposals for bookkeeping services and training. Onboard and train clients on cloud accounting platforms and integrated apps. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual bookkeeping using QBO, Xero, and Dext, including GST filings and payroll processing.
