Opportunity Description

In this position, you will:

  • Lead the implementation and delivery management of Huawei Cloud projects across public cloud, private cloud, trusted cloud, and edge cloud
  • Oversee the full cloud adoption lifecycle for government and enterprise clients, including readiness assessment, business migration, testing, deployment, acceptance, and managed services
  • Establish standardized delivery frameworks, processes, and quality evaluation systems to ensure institutionalized, consistent, and high‑satisfaction service delivery
  • Develop and maintain risk identification and response mechanisms for Huawei Cloud delivery projects
  • Manage project implementation costs with rigor, optimize delivery workflows, and enhance profitability and resource utilization efficiency
