Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Azure Alerts
• Design and implement end-to-end monitoring strategies across Azure and hybrid workloads
• Configure metrics, logs, dashboards, and alerting frameworks aligned to SRE and operational models

Troubleshooting & Operations

• Diagnose complex issues using logs, metrics, and distributed tracing
• Perform deep analysis of platform and application telemetry to identify root causes
• Support incident response , escalation handling, and post-incident reviews
