Club Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Facility Management: Oversee the daily operations of the gym floor, indoor pool, spa, and locker rooms. Ensure immaculate hygiene, safety, and equipment maintenance.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, schedule, and manage a diverse team of personal trainers, swim instructors, massage therapists, and front-desk staff.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive regular and premium membership sales, manage incoming leads, and implement retention strategies to hit monthly targets.
• Member Experience: Act as the face of the club, building strong relationships with members and resolving any feedback or issues swiftly.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Club Manager, Assistant Manager, or Operations Lead in the fitness, luxury hospitality, or wellness industries.
