Clubhouse Night Duty Officer - Front Office & Ops Lead

As a Clubhouse Executive (Night Duty Officer and/or Covering Night Duty Officer) in our Changi Clubhouse, you will report to our Manager, Resorts and Assistant Manager, Operations.

• Assist the Manager in the daily operations and administrative work of the Clubhouse to ensure the smooth operations of the Clubhouse.
• Handle enquiries (walk-in/phone) and assist in operations and administration of the Front Office.
• Manage housekeepers and security guards.
• Oversee the Chalet operations when on duty overnight.

• Minimum Nitec with at least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
