The Role
As Director of Revenue, Faena Wadi Safar & Faena The Red Sea, you will be the strategic architect of revenue optimisation across a world-class ultra-luxury destination cluster.
You will lead the development and execution of a forward-looking, data-led revenue strategy that maximises total commercial performance, strengthens positioning across all segments, and ensures disciplined value creation across multiple luxury assets. Acting as a key commercial leader, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure precision in pricing, optimal inventory control, and a consistently high-value guest mix across the cluster.
In this role, you will translate complex market dynamics into actionable commercial strategy—balancing revenue optimisation with brand integrity, experience excellence, and long-term destination value creation.
