Cluster F&B Manager

A prestigious luxury hotel portfolio at the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town, Western Cape, is seeking a highly experienced and commercially driven CLUSTER FOOD & BEVERAGE DIRECTOR to join their senior leadership team.

This is a rare and senior opportunity for an exceptional F&B leader to take full ownership of the food and beverage strategy across a portfolio of iconic luxury properties at one of South Africa's most celebrated destinations.
