Cluster Lead - Poultry

**Job Purpose and Impact**

To lead and grow the poultry additives and premix business within the assigned region by driving sales, developing key customer relationships, managing the regional sales team, and executing business strategies to achieve volume, value, and profitability targets.

+ Build strong relationships with key customers, integrators, consultants, and distributors.
