Opportunity Description
Shift : Three 12-hour shifts per week. Clinic is open 8:00 am to 7:30 pm, 7 days a week.

Compensation :
- Base Pay Range:
- LPN: $22.14 - $34.59 per hour/per year, based on experience
- CMA: $16.68 - $26.31 per hour/per year, based on experience
- Shift Differentials:
- LPN: Additional $3.00 per hour for weekend shift
- CMA: Additional $1.00 per hour for weekend shift
- Choose Between Sign-On Bonus -OR- Retention Rewards
- Sign-On Bonus:
- LPN: $5,000
- CMA: $1,500
- Retention Rewards: Up to $15,000
