CME (Continuing Medical Education) Manager - Philippines

The CME (Continuing Medical Education) Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and evaluation of CME programs that enhance healthcare professionals’ knowledge and support brand and business objectives.

This role ensures that all CME initiatives are compliant with regulatory requirements, aligned with medical and marketing strategies, and deliver measurable impact on HCP engagement and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Continuing Medical Education (CME) Program Management

Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of CME programs (e.g., symposium, webinars, conventions)

Develop annual CME plans, calendars, budgets, and resource requirements

Ensure seamless coordination with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and external stakeholders

Evaluate program effectiveness through KPIs, ROI, and post-activity assessments
