CMM Programmer

The CMM Programmer is responsible for performing inspections and supporting data analysis. Effectively documents and communicates results in a timely fashion to maintain uninterrupted movement within the Manufacturing process. Individual shall also work closely with Quality Assurance, CNC Programmers, Design Engineering, MFG Production & Braze/Special Process to ensure that all inspections are thoroughly completed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Strive towards a culture of proactive safety. Create CMM programs with PC-DMIS software (From Solidworks models, drawings & applicaible documents) Create Absolute Arm programs Document measurements required for First Article Inspections / AS9102 Updating & Managing Microsoft Excel databases Mechanical, Visual & Final Inspections Recommend new metrology based technologies towards improving our overall capabilities Complete quality related and continuous improvement project work Participate in investigations of root cause and corrective a...
