Job Title: CMM Programmer
Job Summary
Provide quality support for engineering and manufacturing in the area of dimensional feedback for quality planning and product integrity. This service is provided through the ability to program, operate, and translate data from CMM equipment.
Responsibilities
Knowledge of programming software and techniques. Understand and apply GD&T concepts and Drawing Interpretations. Manage the calibration and maintenance of the CMMs, fixtures and probing systems. Create, backup and review programs for effectiveness, efficiency and revisions are current. Operate / Program/Train and evaluate results of the CMM or applicable gauges. Create and update operator instructions for fixtures and running of programs. Manage CMM data collection and archiving. Perform in-process, first off and receiving inspection as required.
