CNC HBM operator

710 Years experience in setting & operating Large Envelope HBM machines (Table Type Horizontal Boring Mill with lndexing Table) including reading and editing programs as required to perform operations.

Set up and prepare CNC HBM Table type machines for operation including tooling selection and fixture setup.

Operate CNC HBM machines to produce highquality components in accordance with manufacturing specifications.

Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to ensure accurate machining processes.

Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to verify dimensional accuracy and adherence to quality standards. Make adjustments to machine settings and offsets as required to achieve optimal results.

A minimum of two 2 years relevant experience performing precision machining functions on large machines is desired. Journeyman level machinist designation or equivalent is preferred.
