**CNC Mill / Lathe Machinist**

? $28–$35/hour DOE
? Full-Time | 1st & 2nd Shift Available

The CNC Mill / Lathe Machinist is an integral member of our shop team, supporting standalone milling and lathe operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Schedule**


+ 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
+ 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

**Qualifications**


+ High School Diploma or GED
+ 1–3 years of CNC milling experience preferred
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints
+ Strong communication skills in English
+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment

**Key Responsibilities**


+ Set up and operate CNC mill machines
+ Measure and inspect parts using work instructions and blueprints
+ Run multiple jobs simultaneously
+ Perform preventative maintenance
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives
