Opportunity Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily CNC machining activities to meet production goals, quality requirements, and delivery deadlines
- Configure, operate, and assist in programming various CNC equipment to produce high-precision parts and components
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T)
- Define machining strategies by analyzing work orders, material specifications, cutting parameters, and engineering requirements
- Assess first-run production batches and carry outin-process checks to verify alignment with quality plans and specifications
- Diagnose machining problems and offer technical support to CNC machine operators and machinists
- Work with Engineering and Production departments to enhance machining efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness
