CNC Machinist $24.00 – $32.00

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Set up, program, and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment to produce precision components
+ Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) specifications
+ Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters for each job
+ Perform in-process quality inspections using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM)
+ Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish requirements
+ Perform routine machine maintenance, including lubrication, cleaning, and minor repairs
+ Identify and troubleshoot machining issues related to tooling, fixturing, programming, or material
+ Maintain accurate production records, inspection logs, and work order documentation
